This proposed budget has been prepared in accordance with the basis of accounting used in the preceding year.  \nA copy of the budget document will be available on-line on April 27\, 2020 by the end of the business day. \nThe meeting will take place on May 5\, 2020 at 12:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to hear the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.   \nIn compliance with Executive Order No. 20-12\, in person public meetings are limited.  In response to Governor Kate Brown’s directive on social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to our communities\, this will be a virtual meeting and will be available for public and committee live viewing.  The link to the meeting will be posted at www.bendoregon.gov/mpobudget  \nThe BMPO welcomes anyone to submit testimony\, questions or comments on the budget document.
