City Council
Bend City Councilors and the Mayor are elected by the voters in Bend to serve four-year terms. The Mayor leads the City Council meetings and serves as an ambassador for the City. The Councilors select a Mayor Pro Tem from amongst themselves.

The Council meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month, with a work session at 5 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted. See Calendar for details.
City Council meetings take place at City of Bend Council Chambers, City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street. The public may join in person or virtually.
Meetings are broadcast live on the City's website and on cable on COTV Channel 11 beginning at 6 p.m.
