You may contact the entire Council at council@bendoregon.gov. The Councilors are volunteers and do not have offices at City Hall. Email is the best way to contact them. You can contact individual Councilors using first initial + last name@bendoregon.gov.

The Council meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month with a work session at 5 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. The public can join in person (at the City of Bend Council Chambers, 710 NW Wall Street) or virtually.

There is time at the beginning of each regular meeting designated as the Visitor’s Section to hear from the community. This is not a time for the Council to engage in dialogue or answer any questions. If you are part of a large group that would like to speak on the same subject, the Council appreciates hearing from a designated spokesperson.

Meetings are broadcast live on the City's website and on cable on COTV Channel 11 beginning at 6 p.m.

If you would like the Mayor of City Councilors to attend and/or speak at your event, please submit a request using the form linked below. Please be aware that the Councilors and Mayor have busy schedules and make your request well in advance of the event.

From time to time, Council adopts proclamations declaring a specified day or month to recognize the efforts of various community groups and individuals on certain projects or subjects, or annual cultural events, historical times, community recognition, etc.

Please submit your proclamation request at least 10 days in advance of the Council meeting.
