The Engineering and Infrastructure Planning Department (EIPD) develops master plans, manages capital improvement projects and oversees construction projects.

EIPD plans and projects focus on the long-term improvement of Bend’s infrastructure to protect public health, transportation and the environment and to support local economic development and jobs.
