Safety Outreach for Seniors

Safety Outreach for Seniors (SOS) is a FREE home safety check provided by Bend Fire & Rescue. SOS program helps identify hazards in your home and provides solutions to make your home safe! SOS focuses on two primary areas, fire hazards and fall prevention. Our volunteers will identify any home tripping hazards that increases your risk of fall and injury and will check and replace smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to keep your home fire safe!  Complete the Safety Outreach for Seniors Consultation Request form below or call our office to schedule a visit at 541-322-6300.
