The Growth Management Division is dedicated to providing professional planning expertise on City-initiated projects and studies which implement the Bend Comprehensive Plan.


Bend is one of the fastest growing cities in Oregon. That makes it a challenge to keep the character and quality of Bend as it grows.

The projects listed below included a public process that resulted in a recommendation or plan. In some cases, those recommendations or plans have been adopted by the City Council and are currently being implemented.
