The Information Technology Division manages the City's enterprise information systems, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), software implementation and management, local and wide area networks and supporting infrastructure.

Information Technology (IT) supports the City and its citizens through a variety of services. The division seeks to improve operational efficiency through effective use of technology.

• Service Desk - supports City employees with resolution of their technology needs.
• Operations - supports the City through the management of City server, storage, network systems and technology solution implementation.
• Project Management and Business Services - supports the City's needs through technology selection and implementation and business needs analysis and requirements.
