Is it an Illicit Discharge? 

"Only rain in the storm drain." If you see anything else besides rain or snow, give us a call and help keep our waters clean. Tell us as much information as you can, including type, color, location, time noticed, nearest cross streets, and the best way to contact you should we need additional information to find the discharge. If you are able, take a picture of the spill or discharge.

3. Odd smells inside or around catch basin

4. Dry weather flow

5. Hoses or pipes that are discharging into the street
