Businesses can reduce pollution from manufacturing use and disposal by signing up for a FREE certification program with ECOBIZ.
ECOBIZ certifies Eco-Friendly Auto Repair & Body Shops, Landscapers, and Car Washes in Oregon. Certified businesses meet high standards to reduce toxins, prevent pollution, and protect the environment. Area businesses can sign up to get certified and be part of a statewide map of partners!

The City of Bend is sponsoring in-person visits with EcoBiz staff for businesses to obtain the Statewide EcoBiz certification!
The EcoBiz business certification is a FREE and voluntary program that helps to reduce toxics, prevent pollution, and protect the environment. EcoBiz staff provide guidance to businesses throughout the certification process including initial site visits and steps to achieve certification, FREE spill kits, and final inspection for certification.
Once certified, your business will appear on the EcoBiz website, social media posts, and have access to use the certification logo!
The EcoBiz certification is approved by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, valid for three years, and is open to automotive (general repair, body and paint, radiator repair and car wash), and landscaping (design, installation, maintenance, irrigation, and specialty) businesses!
