DESCRIPTION:The agenda packet and supplemental information is now available on the URAB webpage. This meeting is intended to provide extensive information/documentation as it relates to the existing conditions of the project study area.  \nAgenda & Packet includes: \n\n\nURAB 1 Minutes \n\n\nUR 101 Fact Sheet  \n\n\nGuiding Principles- a summary of the project success discussion from URAB 1 \n\n\nConceptual Urban Design Framework: Analysis – summarizes key existing conditions and urban design opportunities and constraints \n\n\nDevelopment Feasibility Analysis Memos- identifies key economic drivers and indicators for (re)development in the study area \n\n\nDevelopment Feasibility \n\n\nEconomic Drivers \n\n\nDeveloper Interviews  \n\n\n\n\nThere are two additional items posted on the webpage for the board as well: \n\n\nExisting Conditions and Applicable Plans Report– This is a deeper dive into the study area’s existing physical\, social and economic conditions. The report details the state of infrastructure systems in the study area including sewer\, water\, stormwater and particularly transportation. In addition\, it discusses historical planning efforts and existing plans and policies such as the Comprehensive Plan and Bend Development Code that guide development within the study area. This report also discusses the City’s affordable housing program and partner agency plans relevant to the study area including such as the park\, school\, and library districts.   \n\n\nPublic Involvement Plan – This is meant to be a living document that guides public involvement efforts for this project.
