Via Sandia/East Lake/Orion Drive Sewer (COMPLETE)

The Via Sandia/East Lake Drive/Orion Drive Sewer Project is the second construction phase of the Septic to Sewer Conversion Program.  This project was completed in August 2021.

Residents in these areas applied to the City of Bend to install public sewer in their neighborhoods. The areas approved for design and construction by the Septic to Sewer Committee are as follows:

  1. Via Sandia and Cabin Court
  2. East Lake Drive and a small portion of Twin Lakes Loop
  3. A portion of Orion Drive

Gravity sewer mains and sewer laterals will be installed in each area to allow approximately 40 properties to decommission their septic systems and connect to the public sewer system.
