Welcome to the City of Bend Accounting Division. The Accounting Division provides central accounting services for all City departments, and the Urban Renewal Agency.


The Accounting Division maintains, reviews and reconciles the City's accounting records in accordance with Government Accounting Standards, provides administration of banking services; investment of City funds; administration of debt; processes bi-monthly payroll for all City employees; processes weekly payments to vendors; administers room tax and franchise fees; maintains City lien records and provides payoff confirmations; produces financial reports including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).
