New and Improved Billing and Payment System

As part of a City-wide system upgrade, a new general billing system was launched in June 2023. The system offers better security features, more user-friendly and readable bills and statements, and a wider variety of payment methods.

The areas of responsibility that fall under the Finance Department include: accounting; municipal court; accounts payable; payroll; ambulance billing; city budgeting and financial reporting.

We hope this finance section offers you the convenience and ability to review your accounts, access forms, and answer questions at any time of the day. Of course, we are always happy to help our customers either in person or over the telephone.
