To apply for a new wastewater discharge permit, please contact the pretreatment program staff directly:

Permit Renewal

If you are an Existing Permit Holder with an expiring permit, please complete and submit the Discharge Permit Renewal Form below at least 90 days before your permit expiration date.

Please submit your completed form by email to the IPP Program Manager.
