Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization Technical Advisory Committee
BMPO Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
The technical oversight of the BMPO's work is delegated to the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAC is comprised of professional staff members, staff from local governments, area transportation and regional agencies and other public agencies. The TAC provides technical analysis and review, comments and recommendations on draft BMPO plans, programs, studies, and issues. At BMPO TAC meetings, members review and approve technical and planning reports and then brief BMPO Policy Board members on the items they will take up at their own meeting.

BMPO Committee Vacancies
BMPO Budget Committee - 3 vacancies (2 full-term positions and 1 interim position).

- To apply, submit a Committee Member Application between October 1 and October 29, 2024.
- About the BMPO Budget Committee:
- Members are appointed by the BMPO Policy Board.
- Members serve 3-year terms and may apply for re-appointment if interested in serving more than one term.
- The vacant full-term positions will end on 6/30/2027.
- The vacant interim position will end on 6/30/2025.
- The committee meets at least once each year to review the proposed budget and make a recommendation to the Policy Board.
