OSU – Cascades Public Meeting for Site Plan Review

Oregon State University – Cascades will hold a public meeting for members of the community to review the branch campus’s site plan for the first phase of its expansion.

The first phase of the expansion will be located on a 10-acre parcel at the corner of SW Century Ave. and SW Chandler Ave. in Bend. The site plan will encompass academic and residential buildings, including retail space within them.

The meeting will take place Feb. 27 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and repeat on Feb. 28 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. to accommodate community members’ schedules. Both meetings will take place in Cascades Hall, rooms 117-118 on College Way on the COCC campus.

Meeting materials will be posted on http://www.osucascades.edu/4. Subsequent community open houses focusing on the full 56-acre site will take place in May, September and December of 2014.
