Permit Process

Ready to get a monthly parking permit? These steps walk you through creating an account, choosing the right permit, and completing your application online.

  • Create an Account or Log In

    Go to the Online Parking Portal and click “Sign Up or Log In.”

    • If you already have an account:
      Log in using your email address and password.
    • If you need an account:
      Click the “Sign Up” link next to “Don’t have an account?”

  • Apply for a New Permit

    After logging in, you will land on the “Apply for a New Permit” screen.

    1. Enter the address where you need the permit in the “Residential or Business Address” field.
    2. Select the correct address from the drop‑down list.
    3. A new field will appear: “Select a New Permit to get started.” Choose the permit type you want to apply for.
      Note: The permit type must match the parking area.
      Example: If you work on Bond Street and want to park in the Centennial Garage, select “Centennial Garage” from the list.
    4. Click “Start a New Permit Application.”
    5. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your application.

  • Application Review

    All permits must go through approval prior to payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for approval.

  • Pay for the Permit

    Payment is required once your application has been approved.

    The system accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Your Permit Becomes Active

    Once your permit has been approved and payment is complete, your parking permit is active.

Permit Renewals

To renew your permit, log in to the Online Parking Portal and select your active permit to renew.

Auto‑Renew is available for all monthly permits and is strongly encouraged.

Bulk Discounts Available

Save 25% on monthly parking passes when you purchase in bulk. A minimum of 8 passes is required to qualify—an ideal option for employers with staff working in one of Bend’s parking districts.

Basic Parking Permit

  • $30 per month

Premium Parking Permit

  • $60 per month

Centennial Parking Garage Permit

  • $40 per month

Downtown Resident Permit

  • $25 per year
  • Must provide proof of residency at time of application.

Parking District Permits

Note: All Parking District Permits must have supporting documents provided at the time of application.

Old Bend Parking District Permit

  • $25 per year

McKay Parking District Permit

  • $25 per year

In-District Employee Permit

  • $5 per month
  • Currently available for Old Bend and McKay Parking Districts.

Contractor Permits

  • $10 per day
  • $45 per week
  • $60 bi-weekly
