Online Permit Center Training Webinar for Applicants & Consultants

Welcome to Online Permit Center training! The City of Bend is pleased to announce the Online Permit center will Go-Live on Monday, December 14, 2020.  In an effort to best prepare our customers for the launch, we encourage you to join us for several online training webinars being offered that will provide you with an overview of the new system that will demonstrate the key features you can expect once the Online Permit Center is live. 

This webinar is most relevant for Applicants & Consultants.

• Overview of the Online Permit Center Customer Portal  
• How to Register an Account  
• How to Check Items and Track Project Status  
• How to Submit New Applications  
• How to Pay Fees  
• How to Add or Edit Contact Information  
• ePlans as Read Only

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will be able to access recordings of these sessions on the Permit Center webpage as well. 

Please be sure to log in a few minutes early, as the training will begin on time.  Your microphones will be muted during the overview of the software but we will allow plenty of time for questions and comments at the end of the training.
