The City of Bend offers a fast and easy way to report non-emergency issues you see around town. Yes, you will receive a notification when your request has been completed. In addition, you can expect to receive notifications when your request has been received and as it is being addressed.

Yes, there is a service request type called “other” listed under “General Service Request”. If you don’t see the issue want to report listed, please use this one to report it to us (or ask any other questions you may have).
If you have a concern with a situation on private property, please submit a code enforcement complaint to the City of Bend using the Online Permit Center.
Bend Works only allows you to submit requests that apply to the City of Bend. For issues related to public parks (managed by the Bend Park and Recreation District), on a State highway, or in Deschutes County, please contact the appropriate authority. Bend Works is a public application. Your display name and the service request information you enter will be visible to the public unless you submit as private. Requests submitted as “Private” will only be visible on the website/app to the submitter and to the City. Private requests include: “Enviar Pregunta o Solicitud”, “ADA Barrier Removal”, “Camping in the Right-of-Way”, “Streets and Sidewalks – Other”, Water/Sewer – Other”, “Fire Non-emergency Request”, “Police Non-emergency Request”, and “Other.” The City will not disclose requests submitted as private unless required to do so by law, including the Oregon public records law. To maintain your confidentiality, please choose a username that will not reveal your identity. Email address associated with your username will not be displayed publicly via the Bend Works website/app but may be subject to disclosure under the public records law.
