Bend Fire & Rescue’s Santa Express
Bend Fire & Rescue is bringing the Santa Express back to Bend neighborhoods this holiday season! Don’t miss this fun annual food, toy and clothing drive for Central Oregon families in need.
Santa Express is back spreading holiday cheer! For three nights in December, Santa will join members of Bend Fire & Rescue driving through neighborhoods and collecting donations of food, toys and clothing for Central Oregon families in need.

What to donate
Even just one can of food or a small toy can bring joy to a family in need this season!
- Non-perishable food items
- New or gently used clothing
- New toys
Known community needs (as provided by The Salvation Army):
- Gifts for teenagers (t-shirts, sweatshirts, bath/body products, gift cards, sports equipment)
How to Donate
Starting at 6 p.m. each night Santa will begin his route through the neighborhood – meet the Santa Express crew anywhere along the way. Volunteers will collect donations from the crowd as Santa drives through!

If you will miss the Santa Express but still want to help those in need, we invite you to donate to our season-long food drive supporting NeighborImpact! Just drop your non-perishable food items in the donation barrels placed at any of Bend Fire’s stations between November 17 – December 12.
