Connect with Council
We invite the community to connect with the Bend City Council by sharing your input via email or attending a City Council meeting. Additionally, you can invite the Mayor or Councilors to an event or request a Proclamation.
The City Council is here to serve you, our community members. City Council always welcomes hearing from you, so don’t hesitate to reach out! Whether you have questions, concerns, or ideas, we are here to listen and help.
Email City Council
You can reach the entire City Council at council@bendoregon.gov. To contact individual Councilors, use their first initial + last name@bendoregon.gov.
Attend a City Council Meeting
City Council meets on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. They have a work session at 5 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. You can join in person at the City of Bend Council Chambers (710 NW Wall Street) or virtually.
At the start of each regular meeting, there’s a Visitor’s Section where the community can share their thoughts. This isn’t a time for City Council to respond or answer questions. If you’re part of a large group that would like to speak on the same subject, City Council would appreciate hearing from one designated spokesperson.
Meetings are broadcast live via Livestream and on COTV Channel 11 starting at 6 p.m.
