Mary Hanlon, founder of Hanlon Development, specializes in socially responsible real estate and economic development projects. Mary Hanlon has an extensive background in development in both the public and private sectors, having provided consulting services for over $2.4 billion in planned real estate development projects in Oregon, New York, Maryland and South Carolina over the last 16 years. Hanlon Development strives to enhance communities by helping create high-quality, sustainable, well-designed housing, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
