A meeting of the Local Contract Review Sub-Committee will take place on March 6, 2018 at 9:30 AM in the Awbrey Butte Conference Room, second floor of City Hall, 710 NW Wall St., Bend, OR 97703. The agenda will include:

 Review proposed contract with Knife River Corporation – Northwest for 2018 Street Preservation Project

 Review proposed contract with K&E Excavating, Inc. for the construction of the 14th Street Reconstruction Phase 1 Project

 Review proposed contract with Knife River Corporation – Northwest for Empire Corridor Improvements

 Review upcoming Procurement related items

 Discuss Ameresco scope for Energy Savings Performance Contract and approve cost effectiveness criteria
