Public hearing for PZ-18-0429/0430 Evergreen Housing Type III Site Plan and Design Review and Class C Variance

The City of Bend will hold a public hearing before the Hearings Officer on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 11 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend.

REQUEST: Type III Site Plan Review & Design Review application for a 4-story, 168,102 sq. ft., 170 unit multi-family building with 187 parking spaces on a 2.91-acre parcel located in the Mixed Use Riverfront (MR) zone. The project includes a Class C Variance to exceed the 45 foot building height of the (MR) Zone by 5 feet.
