Session 1: Online Permit Center Outreach – Processing Applications and Permits

Welcome to Online Permit Center training! In an effort to better serve our customers and assist in learning how to be successful with this new software, we encourage you to join us for several online training webinars being offered that will provide an overview of the new system and demonstrate best practices for using key features of the Online Permit Center.

If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will be able to access recordings of these sessions on the Permit Center webpage as well. 

Please be sure to log in a few minutes early, as the training will begin on time.  Your microphones will be muted during the initial overview but we will allow plenty of time for questions and comments at the end of the training.
