Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvement Project Update – July 26, 2023

Project Update – July 26, 2023

As part of the City of Bend’s design work for the Awbrey Butte Waterline Improvement Project, crews will be evaluating the presence of underground utility lines using a method called utility potholing. Utility potholing involves digging a series of non-intrusive, non-destructive test holes to gather locations, depths, and material. Access to all businesses and residences will be maintained. Single-lane closures with flaggers are expected along the proposed work area. Please keep parking areas clear.

Utility potholing will occur Monday – Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. in the areas shown on the map. Please be prepared for flaggers coordinating traffic control and short delays.
