Bills for November Usage Are in Progress

Bills for November usage are in progress and will reach customers throughout the remainder of January and into mid-February, depending on billing cycle. These bills are delayed in reaching customers and will reflect a due date in December or January.  While we are experiencing billing delays, we ask that bills are paid within 30 days of receipt. Auto-pay customers should reference the bank draft dates at bendoregon.gov/utilitybilling above.  E-bill customers may also find auto-pay information in their bill notification email.  Please be aware that no late or delinquent fees are currently being charged.

If you do not have a current balance and would like to make a payment in anticipation of future charges, this can be done through the InvoiceCloud Customer Portal or by contacting our Utility Billing staff by phone at 541-388-5515, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm (excluding holidays).
