City utility bill payment location changes

The City of Bend Customer Service and Utility Billing Department will be moving to 639 NW Franklin Ave., between Bond St. and Wall St., effective Monday, March 12. The last day to pay utility bills at the current location, 709 NW Wall St., will be Friday, March 9.

Lobby hours will continue to be 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Non-cash payments will still be accepted at the drive-up drop box located in the City Hall parking lot and the walk-in boxes located just inside both entrances to City Hall.
