Narrative:

On January 29, 2012 at 0916 hrs, a Bend Police Officer contacted Walter Lindenmaier near the intersection of SE Wilson Ave and SE Centennial St.  During this contact, officers determined Lindenmaier was in possession of stolen property.  Additional officers responded to the area and discovered the Third Street Pub had been burglarized.  It is believed the stolen property in Lindenmaier’s possession was stolen during this burglary.

During the course of the investigation, officers were able to identify William Madison as being an additional suspect involved in the burglary.  On February 4, 2012 at 0900 hrs, officers located Madison in a local motel.  Madison was taken into custody and lodged at the Deschutes County Adult Jail for the below listed crimes.
