Construction is nearing completion in this area. with concrete work, paving, and landscaping the main tasks to finish.

 Week of October 8^th: The contractor is scheduled to begin and complete paving activities between NW Albany Av and the Galveston Av roundabout, on three separate days. 

• Monday, October 8^th – The first day paving base course

• Tuesday, October 9^th – Paving of driveways and side street connections.

• Thursday, October 11^th – Final lift or layer.

   

Because of the cooling air temperatures we are experiencing, it may be necessary to begin paving later in the morning and continue into the evening. Per City code, the contractor is allowed to work until 10 pm. and may work this late on the days of paving. Being weather dependent, these days may slide one way or the other, but the goal is to get the work completed as soon as possible and as weather allows.
