DESIGNATED CURBSIDE PICK UP SPACE PROGRAM

City of Bend Introduces the “Designated Curbside Pickup Space” Program to assist Downtown Businesses and customers.

The City of Bend’s Parking Services Division is offering businesses the opportunity to inquire about a designated parking space for curbside pickup; making it easier for customers to adhere to health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19.

The former “collective” curbside pickup areas have been removed and replaced with designated curbside pickup space if the businesses takes the steps to have one put in place. The option to have a space is limited to food service, retail, or other service industry businesses.

All designated curbside pickup spaces are valid for a two-week limitation. Should restrictions change for our county or state due to COVID-19, then the program will adjust. Spaces can be renewed until the program is discontinued.

How will it work?

Every business (food service, retail, or other service industry business only) in Downtown Bend can inquire about a designated curbside pickup space in front of their business free of charge.

1 designated curbside pickup space per business is offered.

If a business does a lot of curbside pickup, a second designated curbside pickup space can be requested.

All designed curbside pickup spaces are valid for 2 weeks and can be renewed until the program is discontinued.

Designated curbside pickup Template submittal requests can be requested by contacting Diamond Parking  (541) 317-2805.
