Draft Stormwater Illicit Discharge Manual

Public Draft Illicit Discharge Manual Available for Review and Comment 

The City of Bend is accepting public comment on the public Draft Illicit Discharge Minimization Best Management Practices Manual (Illicit Discharge Manual). This draft manual was created in partnership with City of Bend staff and the Stormwater Quality Public Advisory Group and is modeled after a similar manual from the City of Boise, Idaho. The Illicit Discharge Manual is referred to in Chapter 16.20 of Bend Code Title 16.

Comments will be accepted through March 31, 2013.
