Drake Pump Station Weekly Update – September 04, 2020

Construction Closed for Labor Day Weekend

  • Construction will resume Tuesday, September 8th.
  • K & E Excavating construction crews will be working on upgrading the pump station this next week. 
  • Active Culture is open during construction.
  • Work hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday -Friday.
    • During work hours:
      • NW Riverside will be intermittently closed to thru-traffic from NW McKay Avenue to NW McCann Avenue.
      • NW Congress will remain closed to thru-traffic from NW McKay Avenue to NW St. Helens Place.
      • Detour routes and traffic control devices will be implemented for both road closures.
  • Drake pump station upgrade is scheduled to be completed in November 2020.

  • Please stay out of work zones and away from construction equipment. Excavated areas are considered unsafe for yourself, children, and pets.
  • Walk and bicycle in designated areas only. 
  • Access to the construction area is limited to construction workers.
  • Do not remove barriers or warning signs/warning tape or fencing. 
  • Construction is dependent on weather conditions and other factors.
