Construction Crews Will Be on a Limited Work Schedule Due to the Holidays and Winter Weather Conditions

  • Construction on the Empire Avenue Extension and improvements to the NE Purcell Bridge will continue during the winter months.
  • All construction is dependent on weather conditions and other factors.
