Office Closed – Partial Day May 24th

The City of Bend Utility Billing division would like our customers to be aware that our office, located at 639 NW Franklin Ave., will be closed part of the day on Wednesday, May 24 due to a Utility Department meeting. On that date, our office will be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., closed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m, then open again between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.. We will return to our normal operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 25.

While our office is closed, you will not be able to reach Utility Billing staff by phone. During this time, payments for utility accounts can still be made in the following ways:

• Online payments can be made through our online payment portal, Invoice Cloud.
• Checks and money orders can be dropped off in one of our drop boxes (located in front of our office and in front of City Hall).
• Payments can be made using our automated phone system, by calling 541-388-5515.
