SW Sewer Basin Phase 2B Project Update – March 14, 2022

SAFETY FIRST

Please be aware of construction activities and drive carefully through the work zone, including open-trench excavation. Open trenches are fenced off at the end of each day.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Week of March 14 Construction Activities

  • Crews will continue excavating and installing sewer service lines towards existing pump stations that will be decommissioned along McMullin Drive. This construction includes partial road closures and detours.
  • Crews will continue grading the roadway along Romaine Village Way, Ridge Drive, and Cinder Lane and pour new curbs. This construction includes partial closures and detours. 
  • Crews will continue excavating and installing pipes for the stormwater facilities along the alignment on Ridge Drive, Cinder Lane, and McMullin Drive. This construction includes partial closures and detours.

DETOURS IN EFFECT

  • A portion of the streets mentioned above may be closed for grading and sewer construction activities. Please follow the necessary road closed and detour signs.
  • Flaggers will be present for the construction activities as needed.

General Project Notes

  • Access to all businesses located at the end of Romaine Village Way will be maintained.
  • Emergency access will be maintained throughout construction.
