UPDATE – Verizon Cell Phone Caller Errors Reaching Utility Billing

UPDATE (Jun. 7, 2022 – 4:10 p.m.) – Service has been restored. Inbound calls to the City of Bend from Verizon customers should be functioning properly at this time. If you experience further connectivity problems, please alert your cell phone carrier as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (Jun. 7, 2022 – 9:30 a.m.) – Customers calling the Utility Department and the Utility Billing Call Center (and other City of Bend phone numbers) from a Verizon cell phone are experiencing connectivity problems due to Verizon carrier routing changes. We have been advised that this issue may continue for several days until Verizon can correct its problem.

The Utility Department Boyd Acres Campus is open Monday through Friday, 7 am – 4 pm, and closed on holidays.

The Utility Billing Call Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, and closed on holidays.

Customers can make utility bill payments online at bendoregon.gov/utilitybilling or via drop boxes located at the City Hall campus – drive up in the west parking lot, or outside of the Utility Billing office at 639 NW Franklin Ave, or in the Utility Billing lobby.
