Utility Department Outback Site Risk Management Program Hands-on Exercise

The City of Bend Utility Department completed an emergency management table-top exercise related to chemical storage at water facilities on June 14 – 25, 2021. The exercise prepares staff and officials to access procedures, protocol and assess vulnerabilities if an emergency should arise. The Utility is required by the Environmental Protection Agency to perform these exercises and remains in compliance.
