Weekly Construction Update – February 28, 2020
Construction activities for the upcoming week include:
- Crews will begin pouring concrete for the roundabout, curbs, median, and truck apron.
- Construction will continue installing drywells.
- Crews will continue prepping sidewalks and begin pouring concrete.
During construction, please expect the following:
- Temporary reduced speed of 25 MPH through the construction zone.
- Limited access on Brosterhous Road and Murphy Road.
- Construction-related noise Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC DETOUR
The detour for southbound traffic begins at Brosterhous Road and American Lane. Southbound traffic approaching this intersection will encounter a ‘road closed, local access only’ sign.
NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC DETOUR
The detour for northbound traffic along Brosterhous Road will include a temporary two-way bypass road connecting Murphy road to Brosterhous Road south of the intersection.
