Women’s Self Defense Class

The Bend Police Department is excited to offer a class for women on safety awareness and education. The class will focus on personal safety options and self-defense techniques. It will include a classroom presentation and demonstrations.

WHEN: Saturday February 27th from 11-2pm

WHERE: Bend Police Department, Municipal Courtroom

The class will be limited to the 50 participants over the age of 14. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please complete the application and return to Bend Police Department Records Department.
