NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
A meeting of the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) Policy Board will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. In response to Governor Kate Brown’s directive on social distancing measures by way of Executive Order No. 20-12, this will be a virtual meeting. The meeting will be available for public and committee live viewing. The link to the meeting will be posted at www.bendoregon.gov/mpobudget by May 15, 2020. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the BMPO budget for the annual period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, as approved by the BMPO Budget Committee on May 5, 2020. A copy of the budget may be inspected online at: www.bendoregon.gov/mpobudget.
Any person may call in or participate by computer to ask questions, discuss the proposed programs and appear for or against any item in the budget document. Comments must be received by May 15, 2020 in order to be included in the BMPO Policy Board meeting where the final decision will be made on the FY 20-21 BMPO Budget.
