Convene City of Bend Budget Committee Meeting:

1.tHold a Public Hearing to consider proposed uses of state shared revenues for the 2016-17 fiscal year

2.tApprove property tax levies
•tApproval of City of Bend property taxes to be imposed at a rate of $2.8035 per $1,000 of Taxable Assessed Value.
•tApproval of General Obligation Bond property tax levy in the amount of $1,978,500 for bonded indebtedness related to transportation bonds approved by voters on May 17, 2011.
•tApproval of local option operating tax levy for fire and emergency services at the rate of $0.20 per $1,000 of taxable assessed value as approved by voters on May 20, 2014

Adjourn City of Bend Budget Committee and reconvene as Bend Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee.

3.tApproval of property taxes for Juniper Ridge and Murphy Crossing Urban Renewal Areas to be derived through the division of tax.
