Funding Work Group Mtg. #3

The objectives of this meeting are to:
- Review four potential funding packages
- Discuss further information on funding tools
- Give direction on refinements to the packages to be included in V2 of the funding packages (in summer 2019)
- Initial discussion and direction regarding the strategies to be included in the Initial Funding Assessment report.
