REQUEST: Type III Zone Change application for 6 tax lots containing 5.63 acres, from Residential Urban Standard Density (RS) to Residential Urban Medium Density (RM), consistent with the subject property’s existing Residential Urban Medium Density (RM) Bend Area General Plan designation.
