SE Area Plan Advisory Committee Meeting #10

The Southeast Area Plan Advisory Committee (SEAPAC) will meet Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

The objectives for this meeting:

• Review and forward the draft SEAP Summary Report for public review 
• Updates to Plan and Code amendments 
• Infrastructure funding update 
• Information on the upcoming on-line Open House 

Meeting materials will be available online on the SE Area Plan webpage.

In response to Governor Kate Brown’s Executive Order No. 20-12, the City has implemented social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to our community.  Therefore, this will be a virtual meeting.  Information for how the public can attend the meeting and participate will be posted on the SE Area Plan webpage.

Anyone is welcome to submit testimony, questions, or comments.  Individuals wishing to submit oral comment are encouraged to join the meeting 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.  Further instructions for providing oral comment may be found online on the SE Area Plan webpage.  If you would like to provide written public comment, please submit via email at dsyrnyk@bendoregon.gov by 2:30pm on the day of the meeting.
