The City launched a new Billing and Payment System for General Billing in May 2023. The invoice you received is from our new system, so it has a new look and feel. In addition, we can now offer a wider variety of payment options in our new system!

The General Billing customer portal, hosted by Invoice Cloud, provides you with the following options:
- View and download your general billing invoice
- Pay your general billing invoice
- Sign up for automatic payments
- Enroll in paperless billing
- See your payment history
- Schedule a future payment
- Update your payment methods
