NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
FOR THE BEND METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION

A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization, Deschutes County, State of Oregon, for the budget period beginning July 1, 2014 will be held in the Brooks Room, Deschutes Public Library, 601 N.W. Wall Street, Bend Oregon

The hearing will take place on the 7th day of August, 2014 at 3:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the budget adjustment with interested persons. Copies of the proposed budget adjustment are available for review at City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street, during normal business hours.

Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Fund Increase Decrease

Resources: Grant Revenues $186,905

Requirements: Materials & Services $186,905

To authorize additional revenues and expenditures associated with the increase in consulting costs related to the Kittleson/DKS contract to update the Bend Metropolitan Planning Organization’s regional long range transportation plan.
