BMPO Budget Adoption – Public Comment Period & Notice of Public Hearing

Public Input Requested

The Bend Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization (BMPO) Policy Board is requesting public input on the approved BMPO Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Budget.

The board will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of the BMPO FY27 Budget, as approved by the BMPO Budget Committee on March 17, 2026 (pursuant to ORS 294.456), at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 17th, at 12:00 pm. The board’s deliberation of the budget may also include potential reallocation of BMPO State Highway Fund Program funding programmed for transfer to the City of Bend’s Street Preservation
Program
in FY27.

A 21-day public comment period for the budget is open through April 8, 2026.

Public comments can be submitted via email to kkennedy@bendoregon.gov or during the Public Hearing at the hybrid (in person and online) BMPO Policy Board meeting. Meeting information will be posted on the BMPO Policy Board webpage one week prior to the meeting date.
