Building Safety Division discontinues Duplicate portion of their Master/Reissue program

Effective July 1, 2013 the Building Safety Division will discontinue the Duplicate program. This is the portion of the Master/Reissue program that allowed builders to utilize plans, previously approved by the City for a certain lot, for new applications/lots. This portion of the program is being discontinued due to complexity and efficiency issues.

The Master/Reissue program will continue.  If it is anticipated that a house will be rebuilt on another lot it would be advantageous for the submitter to request a Master be created as part of their application process.
