The Colorado Ave./Columbia St. Intersection is Closed

• The Colorado Avenue/Columbia Street intersection is closed. The closure is anticipated to last through the middle of May 2021.
• Parking is currently limited to one side on Emkay Drive.
• The first of new sidewalks will be formed and poured, weather providing.
• Asphalt removal in the main intersection is anticipated to begin next week.
• The following detour is in effect.

BUSINESS ACCESS

Business Access remains open on all legs of this project affected by the current detour.

Below is a photo of the current signage at the intersection of Columbia Street and Shevlin Hixon Dr.
Access to Mill Point, OSU-Cascades, 705-775 SE Bonnett Way, 600-650 SW Columbia, and Deschutes Ridge businesses is available by driving past this sign and through the Columbia Street/Shevlin Hixon Intersection.

Above: Work has been initiated on the southeast corner of the Colorado/Columbia intersection. Each corner will have updated stormwater facilities, followed by new sidewalks and curb ramps
